Rob T could not have done more to help - I could not thank him enough for helping me find insurance for a bike that other companies had said they could not even find. I really appreciated his help throughout the long call, his troubleshooting initiative, and his product knowledge. He genuinely helped with queries, and in comparison to go skippy, the level of customer service was DRASTICALLY better.
(P.S. to managers - Rob definitely needs a raise!)

12 reviews 5 days agoI have just got off of the phone with Bike sure insuring my sons first bike , i speak to a lot of different people throughout the day and it can be very frustrating from people in general having a lack of knowledge , Not here though , i just want to say what a massive help Rob T was all of the way through our process , super professional and helpful and a pleasure to be on the phone with , i would give him a job tomorrow .

I thought that changing bikes on my insurance would be a difficult process, but he made it seamless and easy. Wasn't too expensive either. Very good service.

20 hours agoNot the cheapest around but not that much difference that would make me change. Just a point to add. Be careful if your wife has a bump in HER car cos if you are a named driver on HER policy, then a loading is put on your quote. How on earth that means I'm more likely to have a bump and put my policy up I have no idea

Very knowledgeable and helpful telephone agent who was able to confidently navigate me through my rather complicated multi bike policy needs. The result was a well tailored quality product that was significantly cheaper than my previous provider, with lower excesses too. Well done Bikesure.

3 days agoRenewal came in well in advance of my multi bike policy expiring. Price had risen approximately 30% which is very disappointing but wasn’t a surprise. I explained I was a member of an affiliated club which should give me a discount but was advised my price was already the minimum available. Not sure how that works and why they associate themselves with official Scooter organisations offering discounts to members but can’t offer it.

Never had this issue with any other insurer. I hope it gets easier dealing with them and they finally accept this one. Fingers crossed

6 hours agoWorst company I have ever used. I renewed my insurance knowing that my new bike was coming 5 days later. I was going to just swap the model. My new bike was a slight upgrade on my old bike. Bikesure would not quote me on my new bike. I had to cancel my insurance and they charged me over £30 for 5 days. Absolutely disgusting.

However I asked for docs by post, and for the main bike these arrived in a few days. Worryingly (should I ever need to claim) to get the ins. cert for the 2nd bike took two phone calls, and the really pleasant operative advised me that despite my request for all corres by post the cert had been emailed, twice.
Additionally despite never being asked I discovered I was automatically enrolled into auto renew.
Needless to say despite the brilliant call handlers (bar the initial I'll send you the quote and call you back nearer the time) I don't believe as a customer I should be doing the chasing, perhaps as a man in my mid fifties with advanced riding qualifications I'm not really worth making money from.
