Balance of Power: The 1990 Edition". (Sometimes it's called "Balance of Power II"; the game industry considers it a sequel, but Chris Crawford himself does not.) It adds more countries, advisors to help out the player, and a few miscellaneous features, and a new "multipolar" level that allows countries to generate events of their own, such as declaring war on other countries.

Step 1:
Type "chrome://extensions" into your browser's address bar and click enter.

Step 2:
You'll be taken to a page with a list of extensions - find the extension(s) with "ad blocker" or something similar either in the title or description.

To disable the ad blocker, toggle the blue bar to the off position, or remove it altogether.
